Account Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Prepare risk-based audit plans for business units.
- Identify, evaluate, and ensure the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls.
- Spot potential risks that could affect the company’s operational and financial sustainability.
- Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across business units to check internal control effectiveness.
- Review and suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from a risk and control perspective.
- Prepare and present audit reports that clearly show audit results.
- Help review internal processes and activities, and find opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance, Management) or Information Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an auditor.
- Experience in mining or plantation industry preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of audit standards and risk management.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with high attention to accuracy.
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
